Born from a mess of scattered surf photos.
Every surfer knows the feeling: you paddle in lit up from the best wave of your session — and it's already gone. Maybe someone on the beach got the shot. Maybe you'll never see it.
I've been on both sides of it — the surfer who could never track down his waves, and the photographer who couldn't get surfers their shots, with no easy way to share any of it. So I built the place I wished existed: where every session is saved, every wave is findable, and the people who make surf happen — photographers, shapers, the whole lineup — are all in one spot.

Yes — every feature is free to start with 15 GB of storage, no credit card required. Paid plans only add more storage.
How do I find photos of myself?
Sessions are organized by surf break and date, so you can browse to your spot and day and find your waves — even if you never caught the photographer's name. Photographers can also tag you, so shots land right in your feed.
Who is SurfVault for?
Surfers, photographers, shapers, and advertisers. You choose your role when you sign up, and one account discovers, follows, and messages across all of them.
Are my photos private?
Your uploads are yours. Keep your profile public, or make it private — a private profile blurs your gallery so people have to request access before they can see your shots.
Can I keep a surf spot secret?
Yes. You can hide a session's location so the break stays under wraps, while your photos still appear in feeds and can be shared by a private link.
