How to enter

Every entry stacks. More you do, better your odds.

Just having a SurfVault account enters you. Everything below adds more entries — do as many as you like. Entries are capped at 15 total, so no one can run away with it.

  • +2 Turn on app notifications
  • +1 Favorite a surf break — up to 3
  • +3 Post a surf session — up to 3 — old sessions count

Outside the U.S. or under 13? You can’t win the board, but upload anyway and build your portfolio. You own your work — we’ll always ask before featuring it.

The fine print

  • The giveaway closes on the campaign end date. Get your account (and any bonus actions) in before then.
  • The prize: one (1) custom surfboard from a SurfVault partner shaper, drawn at random and weighted by entries from all eligible entrants. More entries mean better odds, but winning isn’t guaranteed.
  • Earning entries: every action is free — no purchase improves your odds — and each entrant is capped at 15 total entries. Sessions you posted before the rules were updated still count.
  • Eligibility: U.S. residents (50 states + D.C.), 13+; entrants under 18 enter and win only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent. The app is free to use worldwide — anyone, anywhere can upload and build their portfolio; only the prize winner must be U.S. based.
  • Everyone who enters keeps their sessions, free storage, and their place in the community — win or not.
