What's free?
Every core feature, for every account, with 15 GB of storage. Upload, share sessions, boards and films, get found, request and message, all with the SurfVault watermark on your previews. Free forever, no credit card.
Do I need a paid plan to find my photos?
No. Searching, requesting and messaging are free. If a photographer charges for their shots, you pay them directly, never through SurfVault.
What do paid plans add?
More storage, your own logo as your watermark and a verified badge. Just want the badge? Verified is $1.99/mo with the free storage.
Is yearly cheaper?
Yes, about two months free: Starter $49.99, Pro $99.99, Ultimate $249.99 a year.
What counts toward my storage?
The original files you upload, photos and video alike. The previews and thumbnails we make from them don't count.
Do surfers, photographers, shapers and brands pay the same?
Yes. One set of plans for everyone. You pay for storage, not for your account type.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. SurfVault never processes payments. People pay you directly, through your own Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or payment link.
Can I buy a plan in the app?
Plans are bought on the web at app.surf-vault.com and work everywhere: iOS, Android and the web.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Anytime, on the web. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel with no lock-in. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my uploads if I downgrade?
They stay put. Nothing gets deleted. If you're over your new limit, you just can't upload more until you free up space or upgrade again.
Your first 15 GB is on us.
