Frequently asked questions
How do surfers find my boards?
Your boards show up in the Explore boards grid, on your profile and on the map, and surfers near you see you in the nearby shapers rail. Your followers hear about it every time you post a new board.
How many boards can I post?
As many as your storage holds. Each board gets its own page with photos, video and its dimensions.
Can surfers order a custom board?
Yes. They message you right in the app, you work out the details and the price in the chat, and they pay you directly.
Does SurfVault take a cut when I sell a board?
No. Buyers pay you directly through the payment links on your profile (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or another). SurfVault doesn’t process payments and takes 0%.
Can I show my boards being surfed?
Yes. Post sessions of riders on your boards, add video to any board, and get tagged when a surf film features your shapes.
What does it cost?
It’s free to start with 15 GB of storage. Paid plans start at $4.99/mo when you need more room, and add your own watermark logo. You pay for storage, never a cut of your sales.
